Shipping & Returns

 Order Confirmation:

Immediately after your order has been placed, a confirmation email with your order number will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. If you did not receive a confirmation email, you may have made a typo when entering the email address. Please insure that you enter the CORRECT email address to receive confirmation and tracking info for your order. Please check your spam if you are confident that you entered the correct email address at checkout.

Shipping:

ALL orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. 

PLEASE NOTE: SHOPIFY'S SHIPPING TIMES FOUND ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE MAY BE INACCURATE. PLEASE REFER TO THE SHIPPING TIMES LISTED BELOW FOR MORE ACCURATE SHIPPING TIMES.

Processing Time (time it takes to prepare your order for shipment) is 3-5 business days. Business days do not include SATURDAY, SUNDAY, or any U.S. HOLIDAY. You will receive an email with your TRACKING information after your order has shipped.

USPS First Class Package:  1-3 business days for delivery.- Cheapest shipping rate - Packages must be under 13 oz. to qualify for First Class Shipping (1 bottle only)

USPS Priority Mail:  1-3 business days for delivery - For packages over 13 oz. (2 or more bottles); Shipping time may be faster than UPS Ground.

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days for delivery - For packages over 13 oz. (2 or more bottles); Usually cheaper than USPS Priority Mail but may take longer to receive package.

Contact us at support@purein10tionzgrow.com if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We will submit a claim on your behalf.

Inaccurate/Missing Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses. Once your order is placed, we cannot update your address. Please double-check your shipping address before checking out to ensure that you have entered in the correct address. Pure In10tionz, LLC will not refund or replace items sent to inaccurate/incomplete addresses. If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please check your confirmation email to ensure that you entered in the correct shipping address during checkout before emailing us at support@purein10tionzgrow.com to request a replacement or refund.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to support@purein10tionzgrow.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please be sure to keep the original packaging. If your claim is accepted, you will be issued a refund to the original credit/debit card used when placing your order.

Returns:

Do to the nature of our product we DO NOT accept returns of any kind for any reason. All sales are final.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit/debit card that you use when placing your order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
