No. Unfortunately, we are unable to except returns because of the nature of the product. However, we will be issuing refunds or exchanges for products that have been damaged in transit. You must email proof of damage at support@purein10tionzgrow.com for a refund or exchange.

Eyes are very sensitive. If you have a way to apply the elixir to your eyelashes without getting it into your eyes, feel free to do so. The elixir is 100% safe and definitely effective, however, it may cause some discomfort for a few minutes if you get it into your eyes. Please be cautious or just avoid the eye area in general.

Yes, it is safe to use on relaxed, permed, dyed hair, etc. In fact, we recommend using the elixir as a hot oil treatment at least once a month to help repair and/or strengthen chemically treated hair.

No, you will not begin growing excessive hair in areas that don’t usually grow much hair such as arms, legs, hands, feet, etc. However, please avoid using the elixir around the chin and lip area if you prefer to not grow hair in those particular areas.

While we have noticed some natural grey hairs beginning to darken over time, the darkening effect has not been significant. The elixir should be safe to use on lightly-colored hair without causing any siginificant darkening to the hair. However, please use with caution and discontinue use if you feel like the elixir is causing an unfavorable darkening effect to your hair.
